This is most certainly an unprecedented time in our industry. Due to unforeseeable surges in the entire sign industry, there are supply chain shortages nationwide. Shipping Carriers are no longer offering service guarantees on their shipments and we are seeing orders get delayed by factors outside of our control. We are working on finding additional supply chain sources. While we’re working on that, you may experience unavoidable service delays at this time due to carriers and supply shortages. Please keep that in mind as we go through the coming weeks. All estimated delivery dates should be considered as “estimates” and not actual delivery dates.

As such we are unable to guarantee turnaround at this time and will not be accepting cancellations once an order has been placed We appreciate your understanding.

UZ Marketing’s COVID19 Operating Guidelines

UZ Marketing is located in Houston, TX in the Harris County jurisdiction. At this time, all non-essential businesses are asked to close down. UZ Marketing is considered an essential business, being a major supplier of signage for ESSENTIAL businesses that need to stay open.

Any orders by ESSENTIAL businesses will get immediate priority in our production queue to ensure hospitals and other critical organizations receive their signage quickly. All other orders are in queue and will be produced in the order they were received.

At this time, we will be closing our office to walk in traffic, and will be closing our pickup facility for pickups.
