Just an update from the last one star review no one has reached out to me since the reply on the Google review response from the UZ marketing team. It looks like they were just trying to save face and that they couldn’t care less about their clients as long as they get paid. Unfortunately we will be looking for other places with better quality and customer service. As for the signs they wouldn’t take them back as they are useless to them and as you see they are useless to me as well.
I had a frustrating experience with UZ Marketing. A customer service rep gave me incorrect information about proofing my yard sign design. When I finally received the signs late, despite paying $45 for express shipping, I called support and was told they were behind due to only having one machine, the staff is working overnight and weekends. As a business owner, I also work weekends and overnights, so that's not an excuse. They refunded me for the delay, but the signs arrived with a spelling error! I was assured they'd review my design and send an email confirmation before printing—this never happened. I filed a support ticket, and the only solution offered was a discount on the signs. As a first-time customer, I did not enjoy my experience. Don’t bother paying for express shipping; you won’t get it. And if you need yard signs, look elsewhere. UZ Marketing, do better!
